Here’s How It Works:

Every new patient begins with a phone consultation that requires a $20 hold, and that amount is either applied to the exam if you choose to move forward with care or fully refunded if you do not.

This gives us a chance to:

  • Learn about your health goals
  • Hear your story
  • Answer your questions
  • Make sure we’re the right fit for you or your child

After the consultation, we’ll guide you to schedule your in-office exam and scans if it feels like a good match.

IMPORTANT: Please Fill Out the Form for the Person Who Needs Care

We know many parents are scheduling on behalf of their child — that’s great! Just make sure:

  • You enter your child’s name and information (not your own) in the form below
  • You select and fill out the correct Pediatric Paperwork for their age after booking

If you’re scheduling for yourself, go ahead and use your own info.
If you’re scheduling for your child, enter their info — even if you’re the one filling it out.
