Did you know? Our body is made up of 85% water, in a gel-like form (commonly referred to as the fourth phase of water between liquid and solid – ice).

What water did our ancestors drink? Long ago, people gathered at natural springs. They drank the water unfiltered, straight from the earth. But over time – environmental changes eroded water quality. We’ve seen that human-made electromagnetic frequencies pop up. These changes altered natural spring water.

  • Satellite radiation
  • Wi-Fi signals
  • Cell phone towers
  • High-tension power lines
  • Pollution

So what exactly is structured water? We were all taught that water only existed in three phases: solid (ice), liquid, and vapor (steam). Researchers found a fourth phase of water a few years ago. It’s thick like honey and lies between liquid and solid. Called structured water or exclusion zone (EZ) water. It’s still H2O, but arranged differently. This allows water to carry a charge.

Here are the main benefits of structured water:

  1. Increases your focus and stay energized. Structured water has the power to carry and give electrons to your mitochondria. Mitochondria power cell activities. They are essential for all biological processes. Including metabolism, growth, reproduction, and more. These “free electrons” from structured water, act like energy drinks for your cells. They boost your body’s efficiency. Normal unstructured water is neutral and does not contain a charge.

  2. Slow down aging. From when you’re six months old, the body then contains 85% water. As we get wrinkly with age, we have a smaller percentage of water. One reason is that we can’t structure water as well as we did at birth. As we age, the body faces stress and releases unstable molecules. They take electrons from stable molecules. This causes damage to cells. This process, called oxidative stress, is one of the main drivers of aging. Structured water gives free electrons to unstable molecules, acting as bodyguards for healthy cells (and they can keep their electrons!). Structured water shields you from cellular stress and works as an antioxidant.

Now how do you make or source structured water? First of all, stay hydrated and drink mineralized water, it is hard to make or find structured water to drink. Instead, we can make structured water already in our bodies – by transforming unstructured water.

Let’s stick to the ancient ways and methods.

  • Add turmeric and basil into your diet- It has been found small amounts create structured water. As evidenced by the Ayurvedic culture that focused on optimal health thousands of years ago.
  • Use ghee or clarified butter when preparing foods – this promotes the production of structured water more than any other method.
  • Go out in the sun or sauna because the sun and heat contains infrared energy. That infrared energy builds structed water inside our bodies.

It is so important for you to learn and optimize your cellular and biological systems. The reality is, our bodies are complex systems that need high quality sources to thrive. Especially water in its highest and more anciently natural form.

P.S. The easiest way to enrich your body with structured water is to spend time outside (in all that infrared energy). Sunshine and heat are truly nature’s solution to our modern day deficiencies.
